Public interest disclosure procedures

The Commission is committed to the highest standards of ethical and accountable conduct. To this end, the Commission encourages public officials (current or former) who are aware of wrongdoing in the Commission (or elsewhere in the APS) to report suspected wrongdoing. The Commission will ensure that those who report are properly supported and protected from any adverse consequences relating to the reporting. These procedures set out how the Commission will give effect to this commitment.

The Commission’s Public Interest Disclosure procedures are currently under review following recent legislative change, and will be posted here once finalised.
