About the AGCNCO

The Australian Government Competitive Neutrality Complaints Office (AGCNCO) administers the Australian Government's competitive neutrality complaints mechanism. In doing so it:

• receives complaints,
• undertakes investigations, and
• provides advice to the Government on the application of competitive neutrality to Australian Government businesses.
