About the AGCNCO
The Australian Government Competitive Neutrality Complaints Office (AGCNCO) administers the Australian Government's competitive neutrality complaints mechanism. In doing so it:
- receives complaints,
- undertakes investigations, and
- provides advice to the Government on the application of competitive neutrality to Australian Government businesses.
The AGCNCO's responsibilities are set out in the:
- Productivity Commission Act 1998 (external site), and
- Commonwealth Competitive Neutrality Policy Statement (external site).
