Annual Report Series

Trade and Assistance Review 2002-03 was released on 23 January 2004. The report forms part of the Commission's annual report series and meets its obligation to report annually on industry assistance and its effects on the economy. This year's review contains the Commission’s latest quantitative estimates of Australian Government assistance to industry. It also discusses recent developments in assistance in some key sectors of the economy over the past year, and outlines some recent international policy developments affecting Australia’s trade.
