Graduate Employment

Salaries and superannuation

The Commission offers generous remuneration to our graduates. The remuneration package for graduates commencing in 2011 will total $65,778, comprising $57,000 salary and about 15% superannuation.

Graduate salaries are governed by the Enterprise Agreement 2010-11 which remains in force until 2011.

There are excellent opportunities for you to advance within the Commission. You will receive opportunities for salary increase within your staff level - depending on your performance.

You will also have opportunities to gain promotion. In the past, most graduates have received a promotion after 12 months (although this may be sooner or later depending on the performance of individuals).

The Commission also offers assistance to new employees who are required to move from interstate or overseas, along with many other benefits.
