Working in the Commission
Graduates are given opportunities on a daily basis to demonstrate their skills and initiative.
At the Commission, you will be given an opportunity to undertake valuable research into a wide range of economic and social issues. You will:
- undertake applied economic and other research by undertaking literature reviews
- apply economic and non-economic concepts
- undertake quantitative modelling
- contribute to reports, research papers and working papers, and
- liaise with industry representatives, other government agencies, and the public.
Graduates can potentially work in any of four core areas (apart from corporate services). See the type of work that you would do, for each of the Commission's work areas:
