Supporting research
You will be involved in a number of different tasks, depending on the research needs of the Commission, and your skills and preferences.
If you have a strong preference for quantitative work, you may undertake economic modelling using econometric techniques, general equilibrium analysis or linear programming.
While you have the opportunity to undertake work in a variety of areas, areas of prime interest to the Commission include the determinants of productivity, trade liberalisation, labour markets, environmental and resource management, and reforms to education and health.
There are six branches that undertake supporting research.
2013 Graduate applications now open
Opportunities to apply for the Commission's 2013 graduate intake are now open.
