The Commonwealth Government has today released the Industry Commission's final report into State, territory and Local Government Assistance to Industry. The report is in response to the previous government's request to provide an information report about the extent of such assistance and its effects.
The report provides a basis for States, Territory and local governments to consider ways to improve the effectiveness of their industry policies.
