PETNET Australia

Investigation Report 15

This investigation report was released on 4 April 2012.

The investigation resulted from a complaint alleging that PETNET Australia is not complying with competitive neutrality policy and has gained a commercial advantage due to government ownership.

The Australian Government Competitive Neutrality Complaints Office (AGCNCO) finds that PETNET Australia's current business plan will put it in breach of competitive neutrality requirements.
