This issues paper was released on 19 December 2014 and was intended to assist you in preparing a submission to the Commission. It covers a range of issues on which the Commission seeks information and feedback.
Initial submissions were due by 20 February 2015.
This inquiry has concluded. The final report was sent to Government on 30 September 2015 and publicly released on 7 December 2015.
