Issues paper
This issues paper was released on 2 April 2015 and is intended to assist you in preparing a submission to the Commission. It covers a range of issues on which the Commission seeks information and feedback.
Initial submissions were due by 15 May 2015. Opportunity for further comment will be sought upon release of the draft report in August 2015.
