Issues paper

This issues paper was released on 1 June 2010 and is intended to assist you in preparing a submission to the Commission. It covers a range of issues on which the Commission is seeking information and feedback.

Initial submissions were due by 30 July 2010. Preparation of a draft report is underway. Further opportunity for comment will be advertised upon release of the draft report which is expected to be released in November 2010.
