Issues paper

This issues paper was released on 21 December 2009 and is intended to assist you in preparing an initial submission to the Commission. It covers a range of issues on which the Commission is seeking information and feedback.

Submissions should have reached the Commission by 1 March 2010 to contribute to a draft report. A draft report will be release end June 2010 for further comment.
