This issues paper is intended to assist those preparing submissions to this review of regulatory burdens on manufacturing and the distributive trades. It provides administrative information, outlines the scope of the review and covers matters on which the Commission is seeking comment and information. The paper is not intended to limit comment — participants are welcome to submit comment and information on any issues they consider relevant to the terms of reference as they relate to the 2008 review.
