Assistant Director, Human Resources

The Productivity Commission is seeking a highly experienced and capable HR practitioner to join our Melbourne-based team. Our HR team provides operational and strategic HR support across a broad range of HR functions.

Working under general direction, the Assistant Director HR will help manage the team’s day-to-day operations, coach and mentor HR Advisors to build the team’s capability, and plan and deliver quality outcomes across areas of strategic priority for the Commission (including recruitment and induction, learning and development, WHS, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion).
