About the role
We are seeking applications from highly motivated ICT professionals to fill various roles in our ICT team, based in our Melbourne office. Our APS 5/6 ICT Officers work in a small team, and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, manage an effective ICT environment and act an escalation point to resolve problems and requests in their specific areas of expertise.
There are three roles available:
- ICT SharePoint Administrator (APS 5/6)
- ICT System Administrator (APS 6)
- ICT Helpdesk Manager (APS 6)
Successful applicants will have significant previous experience in a similar role/industry, and an equivalent qualification in a relevant technology. Exceptional troubleshooting skills and demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to identify problems and negotiate satisfactory outcomes are also key requirements of these roles.
