We have openings in both our Canberra and Melbourne offices for high-calibre graduates who are interested in working on a range of challenging public policy issues affecting the welfare of Australians.
We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals who can demonstrate an awareness of Australian economic conditions and policy landscape. Successful applicants will possess a range of capabilities including an understanding of applied economic or policy research, analytical and investigative skills, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

As well as a comprehensive graduate program, our graduates work with some of the best and most experienced policy analysts in the country and have access to both on-the-job and formal training throughout their career.
Academic qualifications in economics or other fields relevant to public policy are required, preferably at honours level (or higher) or as part of a double or combined degree. Qualifications must be completed by January 2024, and successful applicants will commence in February 2024.
It is anticipated that first round offers to successful candidates will be made by the end of May 2023. Further offers may be made until December 2023.
