We are aware that some members of the public have received unexpected emails claiming to be sent from the Productivity Commission.

This issues paper was released on 21 May 2010 and was intended to assist you in preparing a submission to the Commission. It covers a range of issues on which the Commission was seeking information and feedback.

Initial submissions were due by 30 July 2010.
