This paper was released on 7 October 2015 to assist participants in preparing a submission to the public inquiry into Intellectual Property Arrangements. It outlines a range of issues about which the Commission is seeking information.
Initial submissions were due by 30 November 2015.
Opportunity for further comment was sought on the draft report.
Submissions were due by 3 June 2016.
The inquiry report was handed to the Australian Government on 23 September 2016.
