Individuals and organisations are invited to provide a submission to this inquiry. Initial submissions are due Sunday 15 March 2026.

The PC has published a paper to assist people to prepare a submission. The paper sets out some of the issues and questions that the PC has identified as relevant at this early stage of the inquiry.

Submission writers are encouraged to identify issues relevant to this inquiry and suggest ways forward. The Commission appreciates evidence in support of any views, such as data, research reports and case studies.

If you use regional air travel (for either personal or businesses reasons) we are keen to hear about your experiences.
