The Productivity Commission (PC) made a submission to the Department of Industry, Science and Resources’ proposals paper for ‘Introducing mandatory guardrails for AI in high-risk settings’.
This submission focuses on consultation questions about defining high-risk AI and regulatory options to mandate guardrails.
The PC provided the submission to the Department on 4 October 2024 and published on our website on 17 October 2024.
