Creating a more dynamic and resilient economy

Final report now available

The PC was asked by the Australian Government to conduct an inquiry into Creating a more dynamic and resilient economy. As part of this work, we were tasked with identifying priority reforms and developing actionable recommendations.

In this final inquiry report, the PC presents recommendations focused on two key policy reform areas:

•    Corporate tax reform to spur business investment
•    Regulating to promote business dynamism.

This inquiry report was handed to the Australian Government on 10 December 2025 and released on 19 December 2025. It was later tabled in Parliament on 29 January 2026.
