Fabricated structural steel safeguards

The PC will publish a paper to assist people to prepare a submission. The paper will set out some of the issues and questions that the PC has identified as relevant at this early stage of the inquiry.

The paper is expected to be released in February 2026.

Submission writers are encouraged to identify issues relevant to this inquiry and suggest ways forward. The PC appreciates evidence in support of any views, such as data, research reports and case studies.

Submissions will be due in March/April 2026.

The PC will release an interim report by September 2026. Individuals and organisations will be able to provide a post-interim report submission to respond to the analysis and recommendations contained in the interim report.
