National Water Reform

Public hearings

Public hearings provide participants with the opportunity to elaborate on their submissions, respond to submissions of others, and to discuss issues with Commissioners. The transcripts of the hearings will be made available publicly on the Commission's website. Any organisation or person can participate, either to appear and speak with the Commissioners or to observe the proceedings. Read more about public hearings

The Commission invites parties to register their interest in appearing before a public hearing. In response to COVID-19, hearings will be held online, with limited availability for in-person participation. If you would like to attend in person, please choose the option ‘Request to discuss …’ through the form below and someone from the team will be in touch.

Public hearing details

Participant names will be listed on this web page shortly before a scheduled hearing.

A transcript of proceedings will be published below - a week or two after a hearing has been held.
