Consultancy report
RETAILworks was employed by the Commission to provide a short report on the citrus supply chain. The three tasks that Retailworks was asked to complete were to:
- identify and describe the major elements in the supply chain for oranges in Australia
- estimate the proportion of the average retail prices for oranges in 2000-01 that accrue to each element in the supply chain
- identify and describe briefly the major trends effecting the structure and relationships between elements in the supply chain and likely future directions.
