Safeguards inquiry into the import of processed tomato products

As required under the World Trade Organisation's Agreement on Safeguards, all interested parties should have the opportunity to present evidence and respond to the evidence of other parties. To facilitate this process, the Commission will endeavour to make available data series it obtains from various sources (provided they are not commercial in confidence).

Productivity Commission conditions for accessing and using the data

• The Commission will not provide users of the data with any support
• The Commission accepts no liability for any errors in the data
• Users of the data should acknowledge the providers of the data and, if applicable, comply with any conditions of use indicated in the data file.

Downloadable data

Data will be provided as soon as practical after having been received by the Commission. Any updates to data already provided will be noted.
