This issues paper intended to assist you in preparing a submission to the Commission. It covers a range of issues on which the Commission seeks information and feedback.
The due date for initial submissions was 2 June 2015. Opportunity for further comment was also sought on the draft report in September 2015.
The final report was handed to the Australian Government on 22 December 2015 and will be published by the Commission in January 2016.
